Signup processing appears back to normal

A couple of weeks ago We encountered a problem with our automatuc signup system where we aren't being notified when someone joins. We believe the problem has now been corrected and signups are being processed normally, however if you sign up but don't receive your login details within 10 minutes, please get in touch via UMD or email to service@gungemaster.com and we'll check and process manually if necessaty - note this may take up to 48 hours from signing up to receiving you login credentials, but once they are processed, you'll have a full six months membership from the point we send the login details.

Remember to always check your spam folder for signup details, as some mail systems misfile them.

Why are we asking these questions?
As a site based in the UK, we are still required to implement the EU VAT directive requiring us to charge VAT to all EU customers. Your answers to the questions above allow us to ensure that if you are in the EU, we can pay the correct VAT to the tax authorities of the relevant country.

I'm in the UK, how does Brexit affect this?
The UK is no longer in the EU, however as a UK VAT registered business we are still required to charge VAT to UK residents.
